Venue available Monday to Saturday 7am to 9 pm. Special rates for bank holiday openings

1 large hall which can be divided into two with a screen, each half being suitable for 40 delegates cabaret style or 50 theatre style; natural light. One half of the hall also has access to a small kitchen which could be used for self catering if required (microwave, hot water boiler and cooker) Prices £30 - £40 per hour for whole hall and £20-£30 for half hall

1 meeting room which can be subdivided with a screen, each half suitable for 15 delegates cabaret style or 20 theatre style, natural light. Prices £15-28 per hour

Small cafe style area at reception available for use throughout your stay

Flipcharts and screen can be provided on request; data projector for additional £10 cost per day

Very efficient heating to all areas and also air conditioning

We are not yet guest wifi enabled but are working to achieve this

Refreshments can be provided including lunches at £3- £5 per person

Tea/coffee/juice and biscuits can be served at varying prices depending on what is required throughout the day

External caterers may be used if required and delegates may bring their own lunch. Macdonalds is less than 5 minutes from the site and there are two local shops

On site and on road parking available

Easy access from New Street Station via 61 and 63 buses or by walking from Five Ways Station: also number 8 bus from Five Ways

Very pleasant site with park next door which can be used throughout the year.
