We are delighted to be seeking a dynamic, proactive self-starter for the role of Business Development Manager at Woodbrooke. The role is a new one that sits within the newly-formed Business Generation team, an exciting development and step forward for Woodbrooke in its drive to meet its charitable and commercial objectives.
Starting salary: £25,134 per annum. Hours: 35 per week.
Woodbrooke is an historic ‘countryside-in-the-city’ conference venue and Quaker study centre, set amongst 10 acres of gardens and woodland in Selly Oak, with so many tales to tell of its Quaker heritage and its many visitors who have come to build peace in the world.
The main purpose of the role will be to source and attract new conference business while focusing on managing customer accounts in order to maximise customer retention and satisfaction. The role is a key one in helping Woodbrooke to achieve its challenging and ambitious targets for commercial income.
